On the weekend of July 4th 2022, I had a wonderful dream.In my dream I was working in a kitchen. It was in a church house. I was helping prepare a big meal for a group of people. I remember that there was a spill on the floor. My dream was in color because I could see the color of the spill was greenish, but it was very dull. As I started to clean up this spill, a hand gently touched on my shoulder I turned around to look and there was dad. Now the room was very bright and the colors were brilliant. I looked at him and asked, “Dad what do you need”? He didnt say anything to me, but he gave me the best hug ever. I didn’t get to enjoy the hug for long because I sat up in bed wide awake. It was such a tender mercy to see dad and get a hug. He looked like the dad I remember when I was a child  healthy and strong, no longer in pain.
